Chipotle Menu With Prices 2026: Full Menu, Calories, Deals & PDF

Updated October 2026. Prices below are average US prices collected from Chipotle locations. Exact prices vary by city and state. This is an independent guide and is not affiliated with Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc.

The Chipotle menu looks short on the board, but there are thousands of ways to build a meal from it. You pick a format (burrito, burrito bowl, salad, tacos or quesadilla), choose a protein, then add rice, beans, salsas and toppings. The protein you choose sets the price, so a chicken bowl and a chicken burrito cost the same. Steak and barbacoa cost more.

This guide covers the full Chipotle menu with prices for 2026: every entrée, the new limited-time items, the High Protein menu, kids meals, sides, drinks and catering. It also includes calories and macros for every ingredient, allergen notes, money-saving tips, opening hours and a printable Chipotle menu PDF. The tables are easy to skim, and the Chipotle nutrition calculator gives exact numbers for your own order.

Chipotle Menu Prices at a Glance (2026)

Here’s what most people want to know first. These are typical prices for a single entrée with one protein at an average US Chipotle in October 2026. Burrito bowls, burritos, salads and 3-taco orders all cost the same for the same protein. Quesadillas cost about $1 more.

ProteinBowl / Burrito / Salad / TacosQuesadillaCalories (protein only)Protein (g)

Pollo Asado (limited time)$11.35$12.35~190~32g

Sofritas (plant-based)$10.85$11.851508g
Veggie (free guacamole)$10.85$11.85230 (guac)2g

The cheapest full meal at Chipotle is a chicken, sofritas or veggie entrée at about $10.85. The most expensive regular entrée is a double steak or double barbacoa bowl, which is about $17.50 before add-ons. Guacamole adds about $2.95 (free on veggie orders), queso blanco adds about $1.95, and double protein adds $4.05 to $5.25 depending on the meat.

Quick tip: Prices in big cities like New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle are usually 10–20% higher than this table. Prices on DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub are often 15–25% higher than in the restaurant or the Chipotle app.

What’s New on the Chipotle Menu in 2026

Chipotle said it would move faster on new menu items in 2026, and it has. If you last ordered a year ago, here’s what has changed. For the full launch timeline and every limited-time item since 2019, see the Chipotle new menu 2026 guide.

Pollo Asado (New, Limited Time)

On August 31, 2026, Chipotle launched Pollo Asado, the brand’s first new chicken recipe built around fresh lime. It’s grilled adobo chicken finished with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of real lime, so it tastes brighter and more citrusy than the regular chicken. Chipotle’s suggested build is a Pollo Asado bowl with white rice, black beans, roasted chili-corn salsa and guacamole, which works out to about 46g of protein and 17g of fiber. In most areas it costs about 50 cents more than regular chicken.

Chili Lime Chips (New)

Fans have added lime juice and chili to Chipotle chips for years. Now Chipotle sells Chili Lime Chips: the same fresh-fried tortilla chips, tossed in chili powder and lime. Chipotle Rewards members got early access on August 31, and every guest could order them from September 4, 2026. They go well with queso blanco or the tomatillo-red chili salsa.

The High Protein Menu

In late December 2025, Chipotle added a dedicated High Protein menu. It includes the Double High Protein Bowl (about 81g of protein), the High Protein–Low Calorie Salad (about 36g of protein), a single Adobo Chicken Taco (about 15g of protein) and Chipotle’s first snack, the High Protein Cup: a 4-oz cup of grilled adobo chicken with about 32g of protein for about $3.82. See every option, macro and price on the Chipotle high protein menu page.

Chicken al Pastor Returned (Early 2026)

Chicken al Pastor, one of Chipotle’s most requested limited-time items, returned on February 10, 2026. It’s seasoned with adobo, morita peppers, ground achiote, lime, cilantro and a splash of pineapple. For the first time it was also sold as a High Protein Cup. Like most limited-time proteins it has since rotated off the menu, but it tends to come back.

Boorito Season

October is Boorito month. For Halloween, Chipotle usually runs a costume-themed deal for Chipotle Rewards members, often a discounted entrée on October 31. Keep the Chipotle app updated and check your offers near the end of October.

Chipotle Pollo Asado burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, corn salsa and guacamole

Chipotle Burrito Bowl Menu

The burrito bowl is Chipotle’s best-selling entrée. Nearly half of all orders are bowls. It has everything a burrito has without the 320-calorie flour tortilla, so it’s lighter and easier to customize. Bowls are also known for being generous: you’ll often get enough for two meals, especially with double rice or beans.

Chipotle burrito bowl menu with chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas and sofritas bowls

Chipotle Burrito Menu

The Chipotle burrito is the dish that made the brand famous in 1993. A large 13-inch flour tortilla is warmed in a press, filled with your choice of protein, rice, beans and toppings, then wrapped in foil. Burritos cost the same as bowls. The tortilla adds 320 calories, 50g of carbs and 600mg of sodium.

How much is a burrito at Chipotle? A chicken burrito costs about $10.85 on average in 2026, and a steak burrito about $12.25. With guacamole, chips and a drink, a full burrito meal usually costs $16 to $19. Burrito tips, the “double wrap” trick and nutrition for every build are on the Chipotle burrito menu page.

Burrito vs Bowl: Which Is Better Value?

Both cost exactly the same, but they aren’t the same meal.

Verdict: a bowl gives you more food, fewer calories and the option of a gluten-free meal. A burrito is better if you’re eating in the car or walking. If you love the tortilla, order a bowl with a tortilla on the side and get the best of both.

Chipotle Tacos Menu

A Chipotle tacos order comes with three tacos, priced the same as a bowl or burrito. Choose crispy corn shells (70 calories each) or soft flour tortillas (80 calories each), then fill them the same way you would a burrito. You can mix proteins across the three tacos, though some locations charge for the most expensive one. You can also order a single taco à la carte from about $3.65.

Chipotle Quesadilla Menu

Chipotle quesadillas are made to order with a flour tortilla, melted Monterey Jack cheese, your protein and optional fajita veggies, then grilled in a hot press. Salsa, sour cream and other toppings come on the side for dipping. Quesadillas are only available through the Chipotle app, website and delivery partners at many locations, because they need a dedicated oven on the digital make-line. Chipotle Salad Menu

A Chipotle salad starts with a bed of Supergreens (romaine, baby spinach and baby kale) and comes with Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette on the side. It’s priced the same as a bowl. Salads can be the lowest-calorie entrée at Chipotle, but only if you watch the dressing: the vinaigrette alone is 220 calories and 850mg of sodium. Salsa makes a great low-calorie dressing.

How the Chipotle Menu Works: Build Your Order in 5 Steps

How to order at Chipotle in 5 steps: entrée, protein, rice and beans, salsas, toppings

Everything at Chipotle is made to order on an assembly line, so knowing the steps helps you order quickly and get good value.

  1. Pick your entrée: burrito, burrito bowl, salad, tacos (3 per order, crispy corn or soft flour), or quesadilla.
  2. Choose a protein: chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, sofritas, veggie, or the current limited-time option (Pollo Asado right now). Ask for double protein if you want more.
  3. Add rice and beans: cilantro-lime white rice or brown rice, then black beans or pinto beans. You can also ask for “half and half” of either.
  4. Add salsas and toppings: fresh tomato salsa (mild), roasted chili-corn salsa (medium), tomatillo-green chili salsa (medium-hot), tomatillo-red chili salsa (hot), plus fajita veggies, sour cream, cheese, romaine lettuce, guacamole or queso blanco.
  5. Finish the meal: add chips, a side of guac or queso, and a drink at the register.

Ordering tip: Fajita veggies are free. Ask for them on any entrée for extra volume and fiber at no extra cost, only 20 calories per serving.

Chipotle Proteins: Price, Calories & Flavor

Your protein decides the price of your meal, so here’s what each one tastes like and how it compares on nutrition. All values are per standard 4-oz serving.

Chipotle Nutrition & Calories Guide

Chipotle can be a very healthy meal or a 1,500-calorie one. The difference comes down to a few ingredients. The biggest calorie sources are the burrito tortilla (320), chips (540), guacamole (230), vinaigrette (220) and rice (210). The lightest ingredients are fajita veggies, lettuce and the three non-corn salsas.

    Is Chipotle Healthy?

It can be one of the healthiest fast-food meals in America, because you control every ingredient and almost everything is a whole food. A chicken bowl with beans, fajita veggies and salsa gives you lean protein, 10–15g of fiber, vegetables and complex carbs for under 500 calories. The main things to watch:

    • Sodium. Many full orders exceed 2,000mg, which is close to the full daily limit of 2,300mg. The biggest sodium sources are the flour tortilla (600mg), vinaigrette (850mg), fresh tomato salsa (550mg), sofritas (560mg) and barbacoa (530mg). Tomatillo-green salsa is the lowest-sodium salsa.
    • Portion size. A standard bowl is a lot of food. Splitting it into two meals instantly halves the calories.
    • Liquid and side calories. Chips (540), a regular soda (~250) and queso can add 800+ calories to an otherwise balanced meal.

For most people, the best healthy formula is: lean protein + beans + fajita veggies + one salsa + lettuce, then add either rice or guac, but not both, depending on whether you want more carbs or more healthy fats.

Chipotle Portion Sizes: How Much Do You Get?

Chipotle publishes standard serving sizes for every ingredient, and the crew uses scoops sized to match them.

    IngredientStandard Serving
Chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, sofritas4 oz
    White or brown rice4 oz
    Black or pinto beans4 oz
    Fajita veggies2 oz
Fresh tomato salsa / roasted chili-corn salsa3.5–4 oz
    Tomatillo-green or tomatillo-red salsa2 oz
    Sour cream2 oz
    Cheese1 oz
    Guacamole (entrée)4 oz
    Queso blanco (entrée)2 oz
    Romaine lettuce1 oz
    Chips (regular)4 oz

So a “standard” chicken bowl with rice, beans, salsa, cheese and lettuce weighs around 18–20 oz, and a fully loaded bowl can pass 30 oz.

Chipotle Allergen Menu & Gluten-Free Options

Chipotle allergen menu gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients

Only one ingredient contains gluten: the flour tortilla (used for burritos, quesadillas and soft flour tacos). Everything else, including the chips, corn taco shells, rice, beans, proteins, salsas, queso and guacamole, is made without gluten-containing ingredients, though Chipotle notes corn items may carry trace gluten from shared fields and some vinegar-based items may contain sulfites. Always confirm with Chipotle’s official allergen chart.

    AllergenMenu Items That Contain It
Wheat / GlutenFlour tortillas (burrito, quesadilla, soft taco)
Milk / DairyCheese, sour cream, queso blanco
    SoySofritas
    EggsNone on the standard menu
Peanuts & Tree NutsNone on the standard menu
    Fish & ShellfishNone
    SesameNone on the standard menu

Cross-contact warning: Everything is prepared on shared lines and with shared utensils. People with celiac disease or severe allergies should ask the crew to change gloves and use fresh utensils, and should read Chipotle’s official allergen statement before ordering.

Is Chipotle queso gluten-free? Yes. Queso blanco is made without gluten-containing ingredients. Are Chipotle chips gluten-free? Yes. They’re made from corn and fried in dedicated fryers that don’t fry wheat products. See the full Chipotle allergen menu for a line-by-line allergen chart and a gluten-free ordering guide.

    Chipotle Vegan & Vegetarian Menu

Chipotle is one of the easiest fast-casual chains for plant-based eating.

    • Vegan: sofritas, white and brown rice, black and pinto beans, fajita veggies, all four salsas, guacamole, romaine, Supergreens, chips, crispy corn shells and the flour tortilla.
    • Vegetarian (but not vegan): cheese, sour cream and queso blanco.
    • Not vegan: the Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette, because it contains honey.

Ordering “veggie” gets you free guacamole in place of a protein. Ordering sofritas gives you a seasoned, plant-based protein for the same price. Our Chipotle vegan and vegetarian menu has the best orders and the full nutrition breakdown.

Why Chipotle Prices Differ by Location

If your local Chipotle charges more or less than the prices above, that’s normal. Chipotle sets prices by market, so the same chicken bowl can cost $9.95 in parts of the South and Midwest and $12.95 or more in Manhattan, San Francisco or Honolulu. A few things drive the difference:

    • Rent and labor costs: high-cost cities pay more in wages and rent, and that shows up in menu prices.
    • Airports, stadiums and travel plazas: these “non-traditional” locations often charge 20–30% more.
    • Delivery apps: DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub menus are marked up, plus delivery and service fees.
    • Price increases: Chipotle raised prices in 2024 and 2025 because of beef, avocado and labor costs, and announced another modest increase of about 1–2% for 2026.

The cheapest way to know your local price is to open the Chipotle app, pick your restaurant, and view the menu before you go.

Typical Chipotle Chicken Bowl Price by Region (2026)

Region / MarketTypical Chicken BowlTypical Steak Bowl
    South & Southeast (TX, GA, AL, TN, the Carolinas)$9.95 – $10.65$11.25 – $11.95
    Midwest (OH, IN, MO, KS, MI)$9.95 – $10.75$11.35 – $12.05
    Mountain West (CO, AZ, UT, NV)$10.45 – $11.05$11.75 – $12.45
    Northeast suburbs (NJ, PA, CT, MA)$10.85 – $11.65$12.25 – $13.05
    California (LA, San Diego, Bay Area)$11.25 – $12.45$12.75 – $13.95
    New York City & Washington DC$11.65 – $12.95$13.15 – $14.45
    Airports, stadiums & travel plazas$12.50 – $14.50$14.00 – $16.00

Ranges are estimates based on menu checks and reader reports. Your restaurant’s price is always shown in the Chipotle app.

Chipotle Price History: How Much Have Prices Gone Up?

Chipotle prices have risen steadily since 2019, mostly because of beef, avocado, packaging and wage costs. Here’s the approximate national average price of a chicken burrito over time:

    YearAvg. Chicken Burrito / BowlChange
    2019~$7.55—
    2020~$7.80+3%
    2021~$8.15+4%
    2022~$8.75+7%
    2023~$9.25+6%
    2024~$9.85+6%
    2025~$10.55+7%
    2026~$10.85+2–3%

Even after these increases, Chipotle remains one of the better values in fast casual for the amount of food you get. A standard bowl weighs well over a pound, and many people get two meals from it.

Chipotle Deals, Rewards & Ways to Save Money

Chipotle meal with burrito bowl, chips and guacamole and a fountain drink

Chipotle rarely runs coupons, but there are reliable ways to pay less.

    1. Join Chipotle Rewards (free): earn 10 points for every $1 spent and redeem them for chips and guac, drinks, sides or a free entrée in the Rewards Exchange. Members also get a birthday reward and early access to new items like Chili Lime Chips.
    2. Get a bowl instead of a burrito: bowls are generous, and you can ask for a free tortilla on the side to make two smaller burritos.
    3. Use free add-ons: fajita veggies, all salsas, rice, beans, cheese, sour cream and lettuce come with any entrée.
    4. Order veggie to get free guac: it saves about $2.95.
    5. Skip delivery markups: order in the Chipotle app for pickup or use a Chipotlane drive-thru lane.
    6. Watch for annual promos: National Burrito Day (first Thursday of April), Boorito (Halloween), free delivery weeks and Rewards “Extras” challenges.
    7. Split the large chips and guac: it’s cheaper per serving than several regular orders.
    8. Buy discounted gift cards: warehouse clubs sometimes sell Chipotle gift cards below face value.

12 Pro Tips for Ordering at Chipotle

    1. Ask for “a little extra” rice or beans. The crew will usually add more at no charge.
    2. Order a bowl with a tortilla on the side. You get more filling than a burrito and can wrap it yourself.
    3. Ask for the cheese right after the hot protein so it melts, especially on tacos and burritos.
    4. Mix salsas. Green and red tomatillo salsas together give a great sweet-heat balance.
    5. Order “half and half” proteins. Many restaurants will split two proteins and charge for the higher-priced one.
    6. Ask for lettuce on the side if you’re taking food to go, so it stays crisp.
    7. Use salsa as salad dressing to save 220 calories and 850mg of sodium.
    8. Go double wrap (a second tortilla around your burrito) if you always load it up. It costs about $0.40.
    9. Order online for quesadillas and Lifestyle Bowls. They’re made on the digital make-line and are easier to customize there.
    10. Order early or late. Lunch (12–1:30 PM) and dinner (6–7:30 PM) are the busiest, and portions can feel smaller when the line is rushed.
    11. Eat your bowl in two meals. Even the standard build is about two pounds of food when loaded with free toppings.
    12. Always check the app for offers before paying. Rewards members regularly get bonus-point and free-item deals.

How to Order Chipotle Online, Pickup & Delivery

Chipotle online order pickup bag on the digital pickup shelf with a phone showing order ready

You can order Chipotle four ways:

    • Chipotle app or chipotle.com: order ahead, skip the line, earn Rewards points and pick up from a dedicated shelf. Some menu items, like quesadillas and certain Lifestyle Bowls, are easiest to get here.
    • Chipotlane: a drive-thru pickup lane for digital orders. Order in the app, choose “Chipotlane,” and pick up without leaving your car. There’s no ordering at the window.
    • Delivery: through the Chipotle app (delivered by a partner courier) or directly on DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and Postmates. Expect higher menu prices plus fees.
    • In person: walk the line and watch your food get made, which is still the best way to ask for extra or light portions.

Ordering pickup in the Chipotle app is the cheapest way to get Chipotle without waiting in line, and it’s the only digital option that earns Rewards points.

Chipotle Near Me: Finding the Closest Restaurant

To find your nearest restaurant, use the official Chipotle locations finder. Search “Chipotle near me” in Google Maps, or open the Chipotle app with location services on. The app shows each restaurant’s hours, whether it has a Chipotlane, whether it serves quesadillas and alcohol, and the exact menu prices for that store. Prices can differ even between two restaurants in the same city, so it’s worth switching locations in the app to compare if you have more than one nearby. Airport, mall-food-court and stadium locations usually have shorter hours and higher prices than standalone restaurants.

    Chipotle Group Orders

Ordering for 5–10 people but don’t need full catering? Use Group Order in the Chipotle app or website. The host starts a group order, shares a link, and each person adds their own entrée before a cut-off time. Everyone’s meal comes labeled with their name in one pickup or delivery. It’s a good choice for office lunches where everyone wants something different. For more than about 10 people, a catering Build Your Own bar is usually cheaper per person.

    Chipotle Rewards Explained

Chipotle Rewards is free to join in the app or on chipotle.com, and it’s the main way Chipotle gives discounts.

    • Earn: 10 points per $1 spent on digital orders, or scan your Rewards code at the register.
    • Redeem: use the Rewards Exchange to swap points for chips & guac, chips & queso, drinks, sides or a full entrée.
    • Extras: complete challenges like trying a new protein or ordering three times in a month to earn bonus points and collectible badges.
    • Birthday reward: members typically get a free treat during their birthday month.
    • Exclusive access: members often get new items early (Chili Lime Chips launched to members first) and get member-only promo codes on National Burrito Day and Boorito.

    Chipotle Ingredients & Sourcing

Chipotle’s brand is built on “Food With Integrity”: whole ingredients, cooking from scratch in every restaurant, and sourcing from farms that raise animals responsibly. The company says it uses 53 real ingredients with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Each day, crews:

    • Grill the chicken and steak in small batches.
    • Hand-mash avocados for guacamole several times a day.
    • Make the salsas and cilantro-lime rice from scratch.
    • Fry tortilla chips and finish them with lime and salt.

Chipotle buys meats raised without routine antibiotics or added hormones where possible, uses organic tofu for sofritas, and posts its full ingredient list publicly. That transparency is one reason Chipotle remains a favorite for people with dietary needs.

Many Chipotle guests order in Spanish, and most crews are bilingual. Here’s a quick translation of the menú de Chipotle with prices, so you can order in either language. Para el menú completo en español, visita el menú de Chipotle con precios.

    Chipotle Customer Service & Feedback

For questions about an order, a refund, Rewards points or a restaurant issue, contact Chipotle directly through the Help section of the Chipotle app or the support page on chipotle.com. Digital orders can usually be reported within the app (“Something wrong with your order?”) and are often refunded or credited quickly. For catering, use the catering support option on the order confirmation. ChipotleMenu.online is an independent guide and can’t access orders or accounts.

A Short History of Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle Mexican Grill was founded by chef Steve Ells in 1993 near the University of Denver, Colorado. The idea was simple: serve high-quality burritos and tacos fast, using fine-dining cooking techniques. The first restaurant sold more than 1,000 burritos a day within months. McDonald’s invested in Chipotle in 1998 and helped it grow quickly before fully divesting in 2006, the year Chipotle went public. Today Chipotle is headquartered in Newport Beach, California, runs more than 3,800 restaurants across the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany and the Middle East, and serves millions of people every day. Every location is company-owned in North America. There are no franchises.

How We Collect Chipotle Prices & Nutrition Data

We want this to be the most accurate Chipotle menu guide online, so here’s how we build it:

    • Prices: every month we check menu prices in the official Chipotle app across a sample of restaurants in different US regions (South, Midwest, West Coast, Northeast and major metros), then publish a typical average. We also log regional ranges and reader reports. When Chipotle announces a national price change, we update the tables within days.
    • Nutrition: calories, macros and sodium for each ingredient come from Chipotle’s published US nutrition information. Sample orders are calculated by adding the standard serving of each ingredient. Limited-time items are marked “~” until official numbers are confirmed.
    • New items: we follow Chipotle’s newsroom announcements and add new proteins, sides and limited-time offers as soon as they launch nationally.
    • Corrections: spotted a different price at your local Chipotle? Tell us through our contact page. Reader reports help keep the regional ranges accurate.
