Pollo Asado (New for Fall 2026)
Pollo Asado is Chipotle’s newest limited-time chicken: freshly grilled adobo chicken finished with chopped cilantro and real lime. It looks lighter and tastes brighter than the regular chicken. Chipotle’s recommended build is a bowl with white rice, black beans, roasted chili-corn salsa and guacamole: about 46g of protein and 17g of fiber. It costs about 50 cents more than regular chicken. Chili Lime Chips (New)
For the first time, Chipotle sells a flavored chip. Chili Lime Chips are the classic chips tossed in a chili-lime seasoning with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. They were inspired by years of fans pairing seasoned chips with their Chipotle meals. Full details are on the Chipotle sides menu.
The High Protein Menu & High Protein Cup
Launched on December 23, 2025, the High Protein menu added the Double High Protein Bowl (about 81g of protein), the High Protein–Low Calorie Salad (about 36g), a single Adobo Chicken Taco (about 15g) and Chipotle’s first-ever snack, the High Protein Cup: 4 oz of grilled chicken or steak. The other big “menu update” is pricing. Chipotle raised prices in 2024 and 2025 because of beef, avocado and labor costs, and announced a smaller increase of about 1–2% for 2026.
