Chipotle has always been popular with people who track macros, and in December 2025 it made that official with a dedicated High Protein menu. It includes the Double High Protein Bowl (about 81g of protein), a High Protein–Low Calorie Salad, a single Adobo Chicken Taco and Chipotle’s first-ever snack, the High Protein Cup. Together with Chipotle’s Lifestyle Bowls (Keto, Whole30, Balanced Macros, Vegan and Vegetarian), it’s one of the most macro-friendly menus in fast food. Here’s the full menu, with prices and the best builds. For everything else, see the full Chipotle menu with prices.

Chipotle Keto & Low-Carb Menu
To keep a Chipotle meal keto (usually under 20–25g net carbs):
- Base: salad (Supergreens) or a bowl with lettuce
- Protein: any meat. Steak, chicken, carnitas and barbacoa are all low-carb. Sofritas has 9g of carbs.
- Add: fajita veggies, tomatillo-green salsa, fresh tomato salsa (small amounts), cheese, sour cream, guacamole
- Skip: rice, beans, corn salsa, tortillas, chips and vinaigrette
Example: steak keto salad with fajitas, green salsa, cheese, sour cream and guac: 650 calories, 33g protein, 24g carbs, 10g fiber, about 14g net carbs. More ideas are on the Chipotle salad menu.
Whole30 & Paleo at Chipotle
Whole30 and paleo eaters should skip rice, beans, corn, cheese, sour cream, queso, tortillas and the vinaigrette. Compliant choices are chicken, steak or carnitas, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, tomatillo-green salsa, guacamole and Supergreens. (Sofritas aren’t Whole30 because they’re soy. Barbacoa is generally considered compliant, but check the current ingredient list.)
GLP-1 Friendly Chipotle Orders
Many people taking GLP-1 medications look for smaller portions with high protein and fiber. Chipotle has highlighted smaller, protein-forward options like the High Protein Cup. Good choices:
- High Protein Cup + side of black beans: about 310 calories, 40g protein, 7g fiber
- Kids Build Your Own with chicken: about 450 calories, smaller portions
- Chicken salad with black beans, fajitas and salsa: 370 calories, 42g protein, 11g fiber. Eat half and save half.
- Single Adobo Chicken Taco: 190 calories, 15g protein

Tips for Maximum Protein at Chipotle
- Always go double on chicken. It’s the cheapest extra protein (about $4.05 for 32g more).
- Add beans. Black or pinto beans add 8g of protein and 7–8g of fiber for 130 calories.
- Add cheese or queso. Cheese adds 6g of protein, queso 5g.
- Add a High Protein Cup on the side if your restaurant has it. It’s often cheaper than a double scoop.
- Skip the tortilla. It’s 320 calories for only 8g of protein.
